If you notice when you go on an All-Inclusive vacation, normally that means you are covered for Hotel, Food, Drinks, Airfare, & Sometimes Diving. But what about airport transfers? Taxi rides? Taxes? TIPS for the dive crew, restaurants, bartenders, hotel bellboys, maids, and more, as well as extra dives, etc. That's a lot of extra cash to have to bring around in places where less cash is always better.
